This Friday at Macy’s Lakeside, Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Bryan Caswell will host a FREE cooking demonstration and I’m sure we’ll walk away with a few techniques and recipes to add to our arsenal.
Born in Lafayette and raised in Houston, Chef Bryan grew up with a rod and reel in his hand and a love for seafood. He won Food & Wines Best New Chef Award and owns several restaurants in Houston including Reef, where he showcases Gulf Coast fish.
